First we got LEGO Star Wars, LEGO Batman, LEGO Rock Band and now LEGO Mario.
This Mario statue is made entirely of LEGO blocks and was debuted at the LEGO World Fair this past October. It consists of 40,000 LEGO bricks, stands 5.9 feet tall, and weighs 110+ pounds. The statue fetched a pretty penny on eBay, selling for over US$5,000. The profits are heading to the Ronald McDonald House Charity in The Netherlands.
