Madden 08 Comes to the Wii!
Fans of the Wii will no longer have to wonder about how the next generation of football games will be played. Madden 08 has hit shelves everywhere and is out now! Fans of the franchise should definitely check this game out for the Wii if they want to experience a whole new style of intense gameplay.
With the revolutionized motion-sensitive Wii controller, the new features are bound to capture the attention of those who are interested in the game and those who are not. Some of the new gameplay features for the Wii may appeal to some, while others may want to stick to the traditional button pressing to execute some actions. To pass the ball, the player must swing the controller in an arc, as if he or she is actually passing the ball! Also, to execute a tackle, the player must move the Wii controller forward. As for intercepting the ball, the player must put his or her hands in the air as if he or she is actually trying to catch the ball! How much fun can this game get? Wait…did I mention the Wii version of Madden 08 has online play? YES! ONLINE PLAY! A Madden first for a Nintendo console!
It seems EA has done a job well done on taking full advantage of the Wii’s motion-sensitive controller. This is one football game fans should experience on the Wii at least once to get the feel of a whole new gaming experience of a sports game. If you want to feel like you’re actually part of the team, pick this game up for the Wii. You will surely enjoy it!
Madden 08 is also available on the Xbox 360, PS3, PS2, Gamecube, and PSP.
